Staargate 2010 is on..!
Being the 10th anniversary of the UKPSF Big Game we at Shoreline have been hard at work since before the dust had settled on last year’s game ‘Sword & the Rings’. We are absolutely certain that this year’s event will be bigger, brighter and even more successful than last year (and that’s saying something, as many said that Sword & the Rings was the best yet).
We’ve brought back the best of the paintball world to lead the factions as well as the team Generals and we’ve added some new faces that have shone leading recent events across the country.
Leading the Baddies will be Andy ‘FatBobs’ Sables, keen to remedy his loss of last year and confident of a victory this year... His trusted faction leaders will be:
Niall ‘Nialist’ Carrol of Team SPS - Lucian Alliance
'Steveo' Sheilds of Pro-Zone - Wraith
Alex 'Woody' Woodward of Kent Rangers – Ori
Bright with the confidence of last years victory Paul ‘Tippmann’ Banks will again lead the Goodies with the assistance of his faction leaders:
Al 'The Genaral' Murray of Tippmann UK - Russians
Matt 'The Chap' Russell of Team Fury - Asgard
Andy 'Tank' Cannon of Pathfinders - SG1
As with previous years, the UKPSF Big Game – Staargate – will be a weekend long paintball festival. There will be plenty of paintball to be played on the Saturday for those who can tear themselves away from the traders area. DYE Precision Break In |

On the 27/04/2010 DYE Precision's offices in the UK were broken into, had an email from DYE asking if we could post this up regarding the break in. Obviously if you hear anything please let them know or let one of the admin team know so we can try and find the stolen items and stop things like this from happening!

“Last night Dye precision Ltd’s European Office in Croydon, Surrey was broken into.
Most of the goods that were stolen were the NT’s and DM10’s and a few loaders and SLG’s.
The police have been called and a full investigation will be taking place.
At this point we would to call upon you guys, the paintball community to do whatever they can to help us in tracking down the stolen goods and the people responsible.
We ask you all keep your eyes and ears open and let us know of any “to good to be true deals” or from any unusual sources. These guns will no doubt appear, more than likely in the UK market.
Any information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and if it proves to be key in finding the goods and those that stole them, you will be rewarded appropriately,
The Guns Stolen Will Include Team PGA NTs... Also including some cosmetically Flawed Anno’d Nexus Teams guns that were to be returned and will be easily identifiable.
We thank you all for your co-operation and understanding at this time.

2010 will see the relaunch of the new look UK Scenario Paintball Awards.
This year the event will be held at the Copthorne Hotel in central Birmingham on Saturday 27th November.
150 people from all over the UK are expected for the black tie event which will include a three course dinner followed by the Awards Ceremony, presentations and a massive prize pool for the charity raffle and auction. The chosen charity for the night is Help for Heroes. The disco will go on until 1am and the bar closes at 6am!
The star prize on the night is a free 9 day trip to Oklahoma D-Day 2011 in the USA including flights, accomodation, hire car, entry to the event and even food! It really is the trip of a lifetime and we're hoping it'll raise a lot of money for the charity. This prize has been kindly donated by Tim 'Timboy' Barnett from Shoreline Paintball Ltd.
The night will be broadcast live on the internet for those who are unable to attend and will include live feeds into the ceremony from notable paintball characters from around the world (USA, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands).
There will also be a real time live feed into the ceremony from our website so people can leave good messages to the nominated which will be viewable by all at the Awards. This live feed will also be used for anyone to bid in the charity auction - so just because you are not in the room, doesn't mean you can't bid.
The night is open to anyone and will be attended by people who work in the UK paintball industry as well as players and partners.
Presenting awards on the night will be a host of leading people within the industry, including:
